Assembly

From Lascon Piping BV and Lascon Service BV assembly takes place at our customers’ location. Piping BV mainly works project based , while Lascon Service BV is working based on provision of services. These are usually long-term projects where Lascon lends it mechanics to its customers, who often work based on actual hours (control).

The construction of stainless steel piping systems, for example in the food industry, is becoming more and more a
specialty. There are increasing demands on the quality of work. More and more the welding is reviewed regularly  during the projects through a video endoscope. For Lascon this is a good trend, since Lascon is convinced of the high quality that its own mechanics deliver. Lascon is also working hard to bring quality to a higher level every day. Lascon
has its own internal certification for all their mechanics. This internal certification is mainly based on welding in the food industry. In addition, a few legally certified welders are working for Lascon for welding pressure equipment.

At Lascon the welding is done manually and also with an automatic welding machine (orbital).
