The building of equipment at Lascon takes place in our own workplace in Heerenveen. Lascon has three halls with an area of 700 m2, respectively 1000 m2 and 1125 m2. Besides all of the standard equipment and tools needed, Lascon also has an automatic welding machine available, which can weld according to several welding principles (TIG, MIG, plasma). In the workplace at Heerenveen independent manufacturing jobs are performed, but also pre-fabricated work for assembly.

Lascon manufactures a wide variety of special stainless steel products. A few examples: 

• process tanks, storage tanks up to 80,000 liters
• pressure tanks, vacuum vessels
• CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems
• tube heat exchangers
• valve manifolds
• dosing funnels
• cyclones
• platforms / railings / frames / stairs
• various specials

Our tank construction is distinguished by our ability to make tanks of very different nature. The tanks are round,  square, standing, lying, air cooling or heating jacket, isolated, equipped with various types of agitators (if desired adjustable in height by our developed elevator system), equipped with various types of cleaning systems: any which way you like. The tanks are made according to customer specifications or according to your own design.

The skid construction should also be mentioned. A skid is basically a small, self-acting process system, often  reciprocally incorporated on a frame. Lascon yearly builds dozens of skids and has gained a lot of experience doing this.
